This engagement supported the creation of comprehensive MEL systems for regional development programs. Activities included designing evaluation frameworks, developing indicator matrices, establishing data collection tools, and conducting quality assurance checks.

The project improved partner reporting, strengthened accountability, and supported adaptive learning through periodic reviews and data-driven recommendations.
