This project focused on strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations across the MENA region. Activities included governance assessments, organizational development plans, training modules, and participatory workshops.

The work supported NGOs in enhancing accountability, program design, financial management, and community engagement. The project also provided donors with insights into local partner capabilities and operational risks.
